While we only own 2 small properties, the service we get from Mike & Maureen is as if we owned most of downtown.

While our first Yelp about them was 2 years ago when we raved about how they continuously kept our property rented for 1-2 year terms and, more importantly, how they handled the move ins and the move outs, the vetting of the candidate, the lease agreement, and the professional way they made clear the Do's and Don't while remaining very likable to our new or former tenants.

This review is about May 30, 2019 when I got a phone call from Maureen stating that our unit was gushing water. Important note: Since I enjoy working with the tenants, I ask our tenants to call me. In this instance the tenant did not and they made a wise decision. Mike was doing his daily jog only 6 blocks away so he stopped what he was doing and stopped by our unit.

Mike took charge and started laying out towels while Maureen began reaching out to her email database of repair men, vendors, and appliance experts.

As a result of Mike, there was no damage to our unit and Maureen had an appliance expert to diagnose the problem without delay........then helped us shop for the solution, a new washer and dryer.

Their names are Mike and Maureen. My wife and I call them our Guardian Angels
